HUT is in good condition
I spent the night at the hut and it is still in good condition by

Is it useable?
No idea if this hut is in a useable condition. When I was last there it was derelict, although that was over 20 years ago. If the National Park has done it up again, that is great, but don’t rely on it being useable without checking first.
