Our customers are from all walks of life ranging from professional mountaineering and climbing guides to adventure racers, hikers, farmers and everyone in between. Over the years we have helped people gear up for their trips and adventures of a lifetime. These include the first two ladies to run the Antarctic marathon and finish all seven of the extreme marathons in the Southern Hemisphere, to the likes of hardened paddlers competing in the Yukon River challenge. We also have customers who have climbed some of the highest peaks around the world. All this requires specialist kit and sound technical knowledge, which is provided by our mountaineering expert and knowledgeable staff members.

So whether you’re hiking the Drakensberg traverse or going on an afternoon amble, climbing at the crags or doing ice climbs on multiple pitch frozen waterfalls, come in for the right advice and technical know-how.

We advise many of the local schools for their outdoor programmes, providing them with equipment and expertise for their outdoor trips and excursions. Some of these trips have included trips to base-camp Everest and three-week trips across our Drakensberg mountain range.

Bush & Bundu also deals with government departments, police units, game parks, and municipalities providing them with work-wear, uniforms and safety equipment. Should you not find what you are looking for on our floor we are able to source many other brands and products that you may require for your specific needs. We do hire out backpacks should you not have your own and want to get out into the outdoors. Please contact us for prices etc.
